Me and my Problem With Fall Fashion

Fall fashion has never been my favorite, here is why.
I truly hate to write something so negative, but I have always thought about this topic and wondered, "Do others feel the same?"Fall fashion has NEVER been my forte. Fall is the transition from bright and colorful pieces to darker more neutral. As a person who is truly obsessed and could never get enough of the colors hot pink and electric blue, you could see how this can cause a true mental block in accepting fall is coming at the end of every September.

I try to keep an open mind, and think that maybe one day neutral colors like browns, tans, and blacks will eventually become something I like, but still all fall I gravitate towards statement pieces. For me, this becomes hard when shopping at the mall, or even online. You see mostly burgundys, plaids, and pieces become darker.
Not only online, but the hallways of my school fill with darker colors, sweaters, and black winter coats. To come in a bright hot pink sweater would truly be a statement, but have I done it, yes, without a doubt. I think wearing what YOU enjoy is what matters most, as long as it's getting you through the chilly fall days.
Seasonal fashion changes with the weather, the darker the days and the leaves get, the darker the clothing items become. But I do think in winter even, clothing items do tend to get brighter again. You see brighter coats, lighter colored sweaters and even cute colored booties. Fall is something that comes and goes in a flash so to complain about a seasons fashion is so unnecessary (lol)!! But I will always wish summer and spring fashion and colors could last all year long!

(For example I am in NEED of this jacket for winter)
